PORTLAND, OR - Tomorrow, U.S. Senator Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut and U.S.
Representative Earl Blumenauer will meet with union leaders and employees of PGE
who lost their 401K retirement funds when the corporation Enron collapsed.
Senator Lieberman chairs the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee, which is
actively investigating the implosion of Enron. The session will focus on the
economy, pension reform and Enron. Members of the press are invited to attend
the meeting.
